Ingredients:
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
3 tablespoon Pebble Creek Roasted Garlic & Red Chile Mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
pinch salt
1 green onion, chopped
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions:1/2 cup Mayonnaise
3 tablespoon Pebble Creek Roasted Garlic & Red Chile Mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
pinch salt
1 green onion, chopped
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken and green onion. Set aside 1/3 cup mustard mixture. Grill chicken, brushing frequently with mustard mixture until chicken is cooked, and juices run clear. Serve chicken with reserved mustard mixture and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
